NEW DUODRIVE PINCH ROLL SPEED REDUCER FROM
THE BROWN GROUP SUITS SYNCHRONOUS DRIVE OPERATIONS

Designed to perform smooth, low stress operation on machinery used for the cold forming of metals, the new DuoDrive pinch roll speed reducer from the Brown Group delivers remarkably high torque throughput in a drive with such a small footprint.

Providing synchronous drive operation through opposite turning dual gear shafts using double enveloping worm gear technology, the DuoDrive handles all common cold form metals such as steel, zinc, copper, brass and stainless steel with ease.

With a single or double extended worm input shaft encased in a durable housing, the DuoDrive is easily mounted to IEC motors and has a 5 year warranty.

Available with water or fan cooling, the DuoDrive is available with 2 to 24 inch centres, attachable helical primary inputs and the option of double reduction versions are available. Further special requirements can be satisfied by the seven different shaft types available.
