Service / Repairs

If you wish to return an item for either warranty or for non warranty service you are required to complete an RMA form. The form can be downloaded using the link below.

Please fax the form to 01634 686347 or scan and email it to ian.fraser@browneuropeltd.com.

You will receive a Returns Material Authorisation number which must accompany the returned item together with a completed copy of the returns form.
